The Camera Club of Central New England is comprised of a vibrant group of photographers of all ages and photographic abilities,
who come together on a regular basis to share their interest in photography. We are a dynamic group of people helping people and folks
having fun making photographs.
Our activities consist of a monthly photography competition, workshops, field trips, member shows,
guest speakers, and the annual awards banquet.
Our field trips have taken us almost everywhere in New England, including visits to
Rockport, Providence, Boston, Salem, and the Maine Coast. Our field trips are where members really get to know each other. The camaraderie
is great and there is always a stop for lunch or dinner at a local restaurant before returning home.
We meet on the second and fourth
Thursday of the month from September through May at the College Church of Seventh-Day Adventists, 337 Main St., Lancaster, MA. Click
on the "How to Find Us" link for directions to our meeting place. Annual dues are $35 per person, $50 per couple, or $15 if you join
after January 1. Paid-up membership is required for entering photos into the competitions. Members may use the club’s studio lighting
equipment for a nominal fee.
Our monthly slide competition consists of digital slides in four categories: Pictorial, Nature, Digital
Technique, and Assigned Subjects. Two entries are allowed per maker in each of the two Assigned Subjects. The print competition consists
of: black & white, color, and Creative prints.
Visitors are always welcome. Find out what we're all about and decide if you would
